Will you call my insurance to see if a procedure is covered?

We’re happy to call them for general questions. However, it is best for you to call them yourself to see specifics on what your plan covers.

Yes.

What are office waiting times? Do you generally run on time?

We understand that your time is valuable and so we do our very best to stay on schedule. However, occasionally, patients may need extra attention and we fall behind. These kinds of situations tend to be the exception to the rule, though.

Does Dr. Gleave do braces?

No. However, he will provide retainers and other minor appliances when minimal tooth movement is needed.
